HD Power brings together over 40 years of experience in power supplies and electronics, combining established industry knowledge with a new, broader power portfolio.
Based in the UK, our team has decades of experience specifying, sourcing and supplying power solutions for a wide range of electronic, industrial, medical and commercial applications. HD Power was created to build on this experience, working with a wider selection of trusted power supply manufacturers to give customers greater choice and flexibility.
The “HD” in HD Power comes from HareData Electronics, reflecting our roots and the knowledge behind the business. While HareData has an established relationship with FRIWO,
HD Power gives us the opportunity to apply our experience across a broader portfolio of power products and technologies.

Being UK based means we can offer more than simply supplying a product from a catalogue.
Where required, we can hold stock in the UK, helping customers reduce lead times and maintain continuity of supply. Our UK-based production facility also allows us to carry out modifications, customisation, labelling and product printing locally, providing greater control over the final solution.
This combination of product knowledge, UK stock and local production gives us the flexibility to support customers from initial product selection through to ongoing production and supply.
Our experience allows us to look beyond the basic specification. We understand that the right power supply needs to fit the application, the product, the production process and the commercial requirements.
